At AMP Community’s Smash and Grab event on April 22\, you’ll get to write your frustrations\, stressors\, or worries on some plates and then smash them right up. \nMeet the international community\nFeel your frustrations break away while enjoying some lekkere drinks\, valuable coaching on catharsis\, and lots of socialising with like-minded internationals — all in the name of mental health. \nThe event’s €15 participation fee includes protective eyewear\, plates to smash and markers to write with — and will flow directly into funding the AMP Community’s future events. \nAll you need to do is bring close-toed shoes\, long pants\, and an open mind! \nWhen\, where\, and how?\n⏰ When?
