Dutch Prime Minister Rutte is Planning to Meet Trump

Dutch Prime Minister Rutte is planning to meet Trump in July! The story of when an orange lover meets an orange person.

Why is the Dutch Prime Minister Rutte planning to meet Trump?

According to reports, Rutte is planning to pay a visit to the United States in July. During that trip he will meet with the supreme commander of the free world (joke, it will just be Trump) at the invitation of the White House. At the moment, the meeting is scheduled for the 2nd of July, but the date is not definite. You know…just in case Trump decides he wants to go golfing…again. (editors note: Or cook up another sex scandal…again.)

According to resources, the two have already spoken over the telephone and have previously met during a NATO summit in Hamburg. However, this will be their first official one-on-one meeting. (Since the Kingsday state visit announced on the 1st of April was only in our agenda 😉 )

What will be discussed during the meeting between Prime Minister Rutte and Trump?

Will they talk about where the hell Melania is? Or will they discuss how Dutch politicians clean up their own coffee spills (oh, the horror!)? Or will they just talk about their mutual love for the color orange? As much as we would like to know the answers to these questions, politics is a serious matter (at least for the Dutch side of this meeting).

According to sources, one of the topics that may be discussed is if the Netherlands is willing to invest more in its defense to achieve the NATO standard of 2 percent of GDP. Another important topic that may come up is Flight MH17 dossier, which will be interesting to see how Trump reacts to the charges against his BFF Putin. The talks will also include Trump’s new tariffs on European steel.

Other topics that may also be discussed, are his decision to pull out of the Iran nuclear deal and the Paris agreement on climate change. Despite the hot mess that is currently America, this meeting is important for maintaining the good ties between the Netherlands and the U.S. (you know, for when America elects a competent president in the future). Regardless of what comes out of this meeting, it’s gonna be ‘HUUUGE’!

Sure, Trump! Sure!

  1. Trump’s knowledge of the originality of tge newly discoverd Rembrandt painting must be open and not locked up under his orange wig like hairdo. PLEASE!

  2. The practice of ridiculing the the political opposition is frequently used
and ordered by the communist guru Saul Alinsky. In fact, it is the only tactic that they have left in their arsenal because their political ideals have failed worldwide, even in the USSR and China. So have your little chuckle you losers. While we are laughing all the way to the bank.
