Ever been to the toilet, but you see that the toilet paper has run out? You rummage through your bag for tissues or anything to wipe after you’ve relieved yourself, but you just don’t have the means. Well, there might be an easy solution for that – a toilet with a sprayer installed in them!
This Japanese toilet would be a totally new toilet experience, and they are getting more popular in Dutch bathrooms. The luxury product even comes with music to drown out any (ahem) sounds that come from the bathroom!
According to what Richar Scheps, owner of BidetDouche.nl, told RTLNieuws, these toilets with sprays, or bidets installed in them are gaining popularity with Dutch people. “We finally see that it works. Of course, we already had Asians and people with disabilities who were enthusiastic about it, but now the Dutch are also tacking,” he says.
He continues to say that toilet production companies are also getting more enthusiastic of offering it a luxury product. There are a variety of shapes and sizes of the sprays you can choose from. “The Japanese have heated toilet seats, warm air that blows your buttocks dry, self-opening toilet seats and even a radio function,” Richard explains to RTLNieuws. “But we also have Turkish, where an unheated jet comes out of the pot. We also sell Thai toilets, with a separate shower hose next to the pot.”

What I mean is where you say “glasses”, it should say “toilet seat”. “The Japanese have heated glasses….”
