Enjoy warm familial vibes of South Africa this Christmas in Amsterdam!
On December 25, 2025, DeLaMar will welcome fourteen singers, dancers, and musicians from the South African theatre company South African Road Trip.
In their brand-new concert show titled We Are Family, these artists will pull you into their family to share personal stories and habits from their very own Xhosa culture, where families, and especially mothers, play a central role.
What can you look forward to?
To bring you an electrifying event full of music, dance, and real South African vibes, the live band will perform songs by artists such as Brenda Fassie, Miriam Makeba, and Fela Kuti.
Other than that, you can look forward to hits such as “We Are Family” by Sister Sledge and “Respect” by Aretha Franklin.
