My ‘typical’ coaching approach
- We would meet online for an introduction call. This is free and there is no obligation to continue after the call. This is where we get to know each other and decide if we want to work together.
- We set a coaching goal together and sign a two-page ‘Coaching Agreement’ which guides how we will work together and the outcome you are looking to achieve.
- Typically my clients work with me for six to eight weekly one-hour sessions, more often online through MS Teams meetings, but if preferred, sometimes in person in Den Haag or the Randstad area. Some clients need less sessions and others need more. There is no hard rule here except that you can stop the coaching process at any time you wish to do so.
- When you reach your goal, you have the option to set a new coaching goal, if you wish to continue with the coaching process.

- My 20+ years of experience in Human Resources, Strategy and Innovation, working in the Financial Services Industry, has given me insight into the day-to-day challenges businesses face (feel free to check out my LinkedIn profile below for more info).
- I love to learn about human behaviour inside and outside of business, and integrate what I learn into helping people and businesses grow. I have degrees in Social Work, Psychology and Human Resources and am currently busy with my third Coaching Diploma. I prioritise my personal development, so that you can trust me with yours.
- I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This means that you are assured of my competence as a Coach, but more importantly, that I subscribe to the ICF’s Code of Ethics, which offers you a safe space to grow.
- As an expat myself (read my personal expat story on my blog), I understand some of the challenges expats face when rebuilding their homes and lives in the Netherlands. To date, I have partnered with people from 15 countries on their coaching goals.
- I am impact-driven. There is nothing more rewarding to me than the moment my client’s eyes light up when they realise the possibilities available to them. That is why I love the work that I do!
