Unpredictable weather this weekend (as per usual)!

So, the weather has been all over the place. Sun, storm, rain, sun, storm, rain. We even got freaking hail, the size of small rocks, at 24 degrees Celsius. Ah, living in the Netherlands – don’t you just love the unpredictability of it all! Well, I have good news and bad news. The bad news? It’s still going to be unpredictable this weekend. And the good news? After this weekend, it’s going to get better.

Us over the past week…

Saturday

Saturday is looking like a hit and miss day – more unpredictable weather and more rain. So again, it’s a day to be playing Russian Roulette with whether to go outside or not, in case you get pelted with giant raindrops, like last time. However, the sun will be making some sort of appearance throughout at least 50% of the day. Temperatures are much cooler now, at 20 degrees Celsius. It’s then dropping to lows of 15 degrees Celcius.

Sunday

It’s not raining! Hurrrraaah. No storms, nothing. So it’s a cloudy, yet sunny day, with temperatures at 22 degrees Celsius (much colder than it has been). This is more like the temperatures the Netherlands is used to in June. Personally, thank god, I can’t stand humidity (especially when it’s not even sunny)! However, there is still lows of 14 degrees Celcius on this day.

Next week

Next week looks like it’s clearing up nicely. We’re looking at the end of any more storms and crazy weather, just a bit of normality. As the week goes on it’s looking better and better, with lots of clear skies and glorious sunshine! We’ll keep you updated though – I don’t want to keep your hopes up. 😉
