Mayor of Utrecht: 3 Dead and 9 wounded after Utrecht shooting

At least three people died in the attack in Utrecht,  says Mayor Van Zanen in a video on Twitter. There are also at least nine wounded.

Also, the police have just released a picture of the suspect of the Utrecht attack.
