Cold weather here to stay – wrap up for Carnival!

Cold weekend for the Netherlands

So it looks as if the cold weather is here to stay for a little bit longer. Not only is snow forecast for the country later on today, but the freezing temperatures will remain until early next week. Unfortunately, the rain is making its way back (noooooo).

Lets hope that Monday’s weather forecast doesn’t change. Hopefully this week when we saw clear blue skies, that it won’t be the last.

Carnival

It’s carnival celebrations this weekend, so people are warned to stay warm to avoid hypothermia. There is nothing wrong with wearing a jazzy jacket, to accompany your jazzy outfit, if that means that you stay warm this carnival (there is no such thing as an alcohol blanket)!

Make sure you dance away, enjoy yourselves and keep safe from the cold. (I don’t want to sound like your mum, I promise). 😉
